The simplest protein bar, ever!
Servings: 10 bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups dry oatmeal
- 4 scoops whey protein powder
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup milk (or water)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
- Freeze for 40 minutes.
- Cut into bars.
