Easy, no-bake protein oat bars

The simplest protein bar, ever!
Servings: 10 bars
Ingredients
  • 2 cups dry oatmeal
  • 4 scoops whey protein powder
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup milk (or water)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Press into a 9-by-9 inch pan lined with wax paper.
  3. Freeze for 40 minutes.
  4. Cut into bars.
